Your enquiry
After you submit and receive confirmation, the website stores your name, organisation, phone, service location, meal count, and any optional details you provide. JV uses these details to contact you, assess your requirements, and prepare a service proposal. Do not include payment details, identity documents, or personal health information.
Storage and access
Enquiries are stored in the website database and are accessible only to an authorised administrator. If email notifications are connected, enquiry details are also sent to JV’s inbox through the email provider. JV reviews retention against enquiry-handling needs and applicable obligations. You can contact JV to request access, correction, or deletion.
Enquiry source and measurement
If you allow measurement, the website records aggregate page views, form starts, errors, and phone clicks by page and source. Campaign information in the link may be retained for your browsing session and included with the enquiry you submit. Your name, phone, email, and enquiry text are not sent to analytics. Google Analytics and Google Ads load only if configured and you agree. Google Ads records a conversion after the website confirms your enquiry was saved, using a random enquiry reference to help prevent duplicate counts. Ad personalisation and enhanced conversions using customer details are disabled. These services may use measurement cookies and advertising click identifiers. Names, phone numbers, emails, and form content are not sent to Google. Change your choice in the footer; declining does not affect enquiries.
Display language
The website selects Vietnamese or English using your browser’s preferred language. Choosing VI or EN sets an essential cookie that remembers your preference for one year. This works separately from optional measurement and is not used to determine your nationality.
Form security
An essential session cookie protects the form and expires after two hours. Temporary tab data helps avoid duplicate submissions when retrying. A hashed network address is used to limit spam; raw IP addresses are not stored in the enquiry table. Optional measurement cookies are separate from submitting an enquiry.
